Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, in case you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange facility under the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Period
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with in 7days (only for cycles) of the delivery date.
Products returned after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, under any circumstances.
2. Condition of Returned Products
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Products that are damaged, altered, or missing accessories will not be accepted for return.
3. Damaged at Delivery
If the item is damaged at delivery, inform our delivery staff immediately before they leave. Such items will be replaced on the spot at no cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or WhatsApp, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return shipping process.
